Population Status

Back to the Planet Summary

Uninhabited -- The planet is free for colonization or remote mining. The Habitability Value shows if the planet is safe to colonize or terraform.

Population number -- how many colonists currently live on the planet. If you own the planet, the number is exact. If another player owns the planet, the number is a guess (since you are understandably denied the ability to conduct a door-to-door census of your neighbors.)

       If you own the planet, left-click on the population to display the current and maximum population, and growth rate. If the planet is owned by an opponent, left-clicking displays a guess on the defensive capability of the planet.
